Recap
The women’s team faced an athletic Brent Bulls team in their first outing of the season at NSB, and came away victorious 72-58.
It was a tough start to their campaign, but the 11-strong home side played clever, with Paige Vyse leading the scoring (19, of which 14 were in the final quarter), supported by Georgia Harwood-Collins (15) and Sascha Thompson (14).
Sascha was also our top ‘stealer’ (7) and Angeline Field jumped high with 9 rebounds.
Next Saturday the side travel to play West Suffolk Wolves.
